Check in / Check out

• Check in and check out is contactless.

• The keys of the apartment is to be found in a sealed key box right next to the apartment's door.

• We are going to send you the automatic navigation information on your arrival day and also the code to the key safe. So check in is safe and contactless. But in case you may need any help we also available over the phone and email+messages.

• Fiscal invoice is provided at your checkin.

• Check out. Check out is very easy. Within given checkout time you may check out when it is most comfortable for you. No need for personal meeting, the key should be dropped to the key deposit box situated at the apartments's entrance.

• Check in - between 15.00 and 22.00

• Check out - by 10.00am

After 22.00 check in = 15EUR extra

You may check out by 13.00 - for 20.00 EUR

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up until 1 day prior your arrival. Cancellation with 24 hours the entire stay will be charged. There are certain promotions with 10 or more percentage discounts, these promotions are non refundable.

Children

Children and families are warmly welcome. Free for kids under 14. We can provide baby cot - please contact us in advance.

Payment

Payment is due in EUR and we accept credit card.

Extra beds

For available extra beds check the apartments. Maximum number of extra beds: 2 at most apartments. Cost of extra bed = 10EUR per person per night. Please check the availability in advance!

Pets

We love pets. At some apartments pets can be hosted, at a few places unfortunately it is not possible. For further details please contact us at our email.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee is cherged with the room price. Cleaning includes a full cleaning of the apartment before checkin (cleaning, new sheets, towels, linen, etc, shampoo, dishwasher, toilette paper, etc.). We also keep a few cleaning products in the apartment for your comfort. We will not disturb you with cleaning during your stay, however you may request any time extra cleaning and bed change during your stay. The cost of it  is 35EUR

Meal policy

There is no meal connected to apartments. Except sugar, salt, tea and coffee is provided at most apartments.

Parking

Public parking is available at all apartments for the hourly fee of 600HUF (depending on the area). Payable at the parking automats on the street. Automat accepts only HUF coins. Parking can be paid only 3 hours maximum. Please take always careful attention to have the parking fee paid, unfortunately we cannot take resposibility of the charged fines.

Free time is all day between 8pm and 8am (at some places between 6pm to 8am) and weekends and public holidays.

​

Luggage storage

There is no available luggage storage place at our apartment unfortunately. Fortunately there is a perfectly working luggage depo at the Westend (Nyugati) Railway Station. It is easy to find, next to the International Ticket office. Cheap and safe, for a few EUR you can store your belongings for a whole day. Also the depo is right at the stop of metro 3 - the line that takes you to the airport.
